Cold pressing: 4°C followed by 16°C fermentation.

Agapè Rosé boasts peach-coloured highlights. Its expressive notes of citrus (grapefruit) and white-fleshed fruit (peach and nectarine), and its floral touch (rose) make it nicely balanced on the palate.

Food & wine pairings : this subtly tight gourmet rosé is the perfect match for slightly spicy Mediterranean and Asian dishes.
