These terms and conditions govern sales by Domaine Souleyrol,

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping fees.
If you place an order for delivery to a country other than mainland France, you are considered the importer of the relevant product(s). Customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be applicable. These charges are not the responsibility of Domaine Souleyrol. They will be at your expense and are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, must be paid in euros.
Domaine Souleyrol reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order validation and subject to availability.
Products remain the property of Domaine Souleyrol until full payment has been received.
Note: Once you physically take possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you.

Domaine Souleyrol reserves the right not to process a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly in the event of supply issues or any difficulty related to the received order.
Any order placed on the website www.domaine-souleyrol.com implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
All provided data and the recorded confirmation shall serve as proof of the transaction.
You acknowledge having full knowledge of this.
The order confirmation shall be deemed as a signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.
A summary of your order details and these General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the confirmation email of your order.
Validating your order implies an obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment for products can be made by check, bank transfer, or credit card (via Stripe).
Credit Cards:
Cards bearing the CB, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS logos are accepted.
Your card will only be charged at the time of order shipment. In the case of partial shipments, only the shipped products will be charged.
Checks:
Checks must be in euros only and drawn from a French bank.

Due to issues with unpaid checks, Domaine Souleyrol may request additional information from the customer before accepting payment by check.
Bank Transfer:
Payments can be made directly from your bank account.
Please use your order reference as the payment reference.
Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been received.
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason or incurring penalties.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (including packaging, accessories, and instructions). You are responsible for ensuring that the product is returned in good condition. Any damage to the product during return may result in the denial of your right of withdrawal.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Domaine Souleyrol will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as used for the original order.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, provided that performance began after the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the control of the seller and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
Goods custom-made or clearly personalized at the consumer’s request.
Goods that are perishable or likely to deteriorate quickly.
Goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Goods that, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Alcoholic beverages whose delivery is delayed beyond thirty days and whose value is subject to market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control.
Audio or video recordings, or software that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
Transactions concluded at a public auction.
Digital content not provided on a physical medium, whose execution has started with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Our products are offered for sale as long as they are visible on the website www.domaine-souleyrol.com and subject to stock availability. For products that are not in stock, our offers remain valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be informed by email. Your order will be automatically canceled, and no payment will be processed.
Furthermore, the website www.domaine-souleyrol.com is not intended to sell products in large quantities. Therefore, Domaine Souleyrol reserves the right to refuse bulk orders.
Products are delivered to the delivery address specified during the order process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page.
In case of a shipping delay, you will be notified by email, with information regarding any possible impact on the expected delivery time.
In accordance with legal provisions, if delivery is delayed, you have the right to cancel the order under the conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will proceed with a refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code.
For deliveries handled by a carrier, Domaine Souleyrol cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the customer’s repeated unavailability after multiple appointment proposals.
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. If a purchased product is found to be non-compliant, it can be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
All claims, exchange requests, or refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying items (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the invoiced rate, and return costs will be refunded upon presentation of proof.
The provisions of this article do not affect your right of withdrawal as outlined in Article 6.
The products offered comply with current French legislation. Domaine Souleyrol cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the laws of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the importation and use of the products or services you wish to order.
Furthermore, Domaine Souleyrol cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of a purchased product.
Finally, Domaine Souleyrol shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet, including service disruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.
The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In case of disputes, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any elements of the website, whether software, visual, or audio, in any form, even partially, without prior written consent from Domaine Souleyrol.

Upon registration, customers must confirm they are of legal drinking age. Additionally, for each order, at the time of validation and before payment, customers accept these terms and conditions and confirm their legal drinking age.
Domaine Souleyrol will archive order records and invoices on a reliable and durable medium that ensures an exact and authentic copy, in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
The computerized records of Domaine Souleyrol shall be considered by all parties as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
