• Clay-limestone soils
• Hand-picked and harvested in crates.
Cold pressing: 4°C followed by 16°C fermentation.
Ageing on lees.
• Ready to enjoy. Cellaring potential 3 to 5 years.

Clear, pale yellow colour with silver highlights. Scent is delicate with hints of white flowers, such as lily of the valley, and a touch of mango gives it a lovely momentum. Fresh, mineral palate sided by a scrumptious note of butter croissant, and a hint of honey.

Nice, long, saline finish.

Food & wine pairings : Agapè White will go well with a nice Caesar salad on a heart of lettuce, or will delight you served with a Mediterranean aperitif (hummus, falafel, herb tabbouleh, etc.)
