Clear, glossy, pale yellow colour with green highlights. White fruit scent. Delicious background notes of pear and peach, alongside delicate notes of wood, and a scrumptious hint of brioche.
Rounding palate with roasted aromas and flavours of apple & pear pie sprinkled with a zest of lime. Long finish.

Food & wine pairings : It will enhance your dishes from starter to dessert. The perfect companion to gorgonzola on toast with candied pears and dried tomatoes as a starter, and will go equally well with a main course of poultry supreme and plancha-grilled vegetables.
